Product Description
Dry Cooler, also known as Air Cooled Fluid Cooler or Dry Fluid Cooler, is a heat exchange device that uses ambient air to cool circulating fluids. It uses a fan to push air through a finned heat exchange coil, transferring heat from the system to the air and achieving cooling effect. Unlike traditional cooling towers, Dry Coolers do not rely on water evaporation for heat dissipation during normal operation, thus consuming almost no cooling water.
Dry Cooler is widely used in data centers, industrial production equipment, HVAC systems, energy equipment, compressor cooling, refrigeration systems, and industrial applications that require water conservation.
Dry Cooler adopts the principle of Air to Liquid Heat Exchange:
High temperature circulating liquids (water, ethylene glycol solution, process coolant, etc.) enter the internal heat exchange coil of Dry Cooler;
The fan sucks in external air and passes it through the finned tube heat exchanger;
Heat is transferred from the liquid to the copper/steel pipe, and then diffused into the air through the fins;
The cooled liquid is returned to the equipment for recycling.
Simply put, the working mechanism of Dry Cooler is similar to that of a car radiator, which takes away heat through air.

It assists in circulating cooling water to supply cold sources for server heatdissipation, ensuring stable operation of the data center.
It cools the immersion medium (such as mineral oil) heated by electronicequipment to maintain the operating temperature of the devices.
It dissipates heat generated during operation of power equipment such as transformersand frequency converters, ensuring reliable operation of the power system.
It cools the secondary refrigerant (e.g., ethylene glycol solution) in air conditioningsystems to provide cooling capacity for indoor temperature regulation.
