Industrial combined counterflow concrete frame FRP maintenance cooling tower is an efficient and durable cooling equipment. The tower adopts combined countercurrent design, and achieves more efficient heat dissipation effect by optimizing the water flow and air flow path. Its concrete frame structure is stable and reliable, and can bear large load and environmental impact. Glass fiber reinforced plastic material has excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively resist chemical corrosion and bad weather conditions.   • Stronger and more rigid FRP framework


The pultrduded FRP profiles has good strength which can compare to carbon steel profiles, but better acid-base resistance property. This material does not require any coatings or preservatives to withstand the effects of corrosion, rot or insects, and it has little environmantal impact. It's a good replacement material of old treated wood frame cooling tower.


  • Axial Flow Fan Drive System



High-corrosion-resistant FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) fan, equipped with an IEC motor, driven via a gearbox. Aluminum alloy fan / stainless steel fan / carbon fiber shaft options available.


  • Customized service



Circulating Water Pump / Control Cabinet System / Water Tank / Stainless Steel Housing and Frame / Fasteners (304/316L) / Dual-speed Motors and Variable Frequency Motor Anti-freeze Heaters.
