Product Description
Evaporative condenser (abbreviated as "evaporative cooling") is an efficient heat exchange device in refrigeration systems. Its core is to use water evaporation to absorb heat, condensing high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside the coil into liquid form. It combines the advantages of water cooling and air cooling, and is energy-saving and consumes less water.
Includes a circulating water pump and spray nozzles, forming a uniform water film on the surface of the coil.
Forces air flow, accelerates water evaporation, and takes away heat.
intercepts water droplets and reduces drifting losses (<0.01%).
stores circulating water and is equipped with an automatic water replenishment port.
Enhance secondary heat exchange and reduce return water temperature.
Carbon steel/stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and dustproof.
Inhibits scale buildup and extends lifespan.

The condensation temperature is close to the wet bulb temperature (5-10 ℃ higher), the compressor power consumption is low, and it saves 15-30% electricity compared to air cooling.
only 5-10% of traditional water cooling, suitable for water scarce areas.
High heat transfer efficiency, smaller volume compared to air-cooled/water-cooled systems with the same load.
Low-noise fan, anti scaling design, long lifespan, easy maintenance.
